Absolutely abysmal. Prepaid for event parking for two cars to go to the Trail of Lights. Got there and our codes didn’t work but an attendant acknowledged it was an issue on their end and let us in. When we tried to leave we couldn’t get out, there was no longer an attendant, and the help person hung up on us after telling us our only option was to pay the lost ticket price. This took several minutes and cars piled up about 20 deep while she refused to help. We only got out because someone swiped us out. Do not park here, absolutely terrible customer service and clearly do not have their ducks in a row.
Awful garage. Never park here especially for event parking
