Eric and his crew put a new roof on my house, garage, breezeway and basement walkout yesterday and did an amazing job. They started at 7am, and not long after ran into a snag...all of the plywood decking on my house needed to be replaced (about 50 sheets!). In spite of that, they still were able to finish up everything in one day. They even put new cap shingles on my shed and replaced a few pieces of siding for me. Even with the added cost of the new plywood the total cost was a bit less than the nearest competing quote using the same shingles and materials. Everything was cleaned up and they took care to protect everything around the house as they worked. I would highly recommend Peak Performance Inc. to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!

Eric is a wonderful guy and a great contractor. When our roof was leaking he responded to our call quickly and climbed up on the roof that day and fixed the leak himself. At NO charge! He said we could probably go a few more years with the current roof. But we knew it was old and we were sold on Eric. Also, my brother had used Peak Performance for his roof and he was very pleased with his work. So we contracted for a new roof and we couldn’t be happier. His price is fair, and he offered a 50 year extended warranty. He and his capable team arrived on the scheduled day and finished the whole job in just two days as promised!!! Absolutely flawless! I called Eric to see if he could install a new attic vent fan on my roof for me, without even blinking an eye, he was over withing 3 days of calling and had the fan installed under an hour! Fast, efficient, and extremely professional! I WILL be calling him for future projects!
