Justin was a great tech, very thorough and explained all of our options. He was timely and communicative as well. We have used Pearce before and have always been happy with their technicians and service!

I’ll make this short. When everything goes well, Pearce is awesome! When there’s a concern regarding work done, the staff becomes condescending, rude, they don’t listen, they deflect, blame others, and accept responsibility. Word of mouth goes far. They have some abysmal ratings on the BBB website. They screwed my mom and me out of money and they don’t care one bit. Awful!!! ***Update on 2/18/26*** Pearce reiterated my points and the points that other reviews have made. They 100% REFUSE to accept any criticism. I have been using Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning for a year now. I work in the sales side of business and often pay attention to small details of excellent customer service. Kevin was polite kind and efficient. He took time to explain the different options we had and thoughtfully answered my questions. 5 star service I would recommend them to my friends colleagues and neighbors.

Eric did a great job! He was on time, looked and acted very professional. He completed a thorough inspection of our entire house plumbing, and took the time to answer my various plumbing questions. It was easy to book an appointment and work with Pearce for our plumbing needs, in addition to the air duct they had completed for us a few years ago.
