Pearce Plumbing is a great family owned company and is honest as a day is long as the saying goes. They came to my house and fixed a clogged drain and a forever running toilet and replaced a leaking part under the house. I've been ghosted by guys but never imagined that behavior coming from a legitimate company. We had a full jet assembly replaced exactly 5 years ago so when I noticed my pump running too regularly they were my obvious first choice. I called and could not leave a message because the voicemail was full but Lisa noticed she had missed a call and called me back Monday. She sent out two guys Tuesday morning. They seemed knowledgeable, explained water is leaking back down into the well causing the pump to turn back on and fill up the tank over and over again. While they were there the switch arked and the well shut off, at that point I had no water. They drove away saying they'd be back in 1 hour with the parts and I've never heard from them since.
