Pearl 281 North Lot - LAZ Parking

Pearl's north, south and west lot all have the same signage. Great reasonable rates compared to further downtown. Plenty of spots to choose from, some are ''covered" under the highway- which helps on warm sunny days - and some are out in the open. Free during the week until 3pm then $4. Flat rate $13 all weekend Friday-Sunday.

I utilized this parking area when I checked out the pearl market. I went at opening time- ten am and was able to find ample parking for my rather large vehicle. On exiting though people were doing laps trying to find parking. You can scan codes while you’re there to get yourself checked in and pay. I didn’t read the instructions correctly and ended up paying the day rate. It was a bit pricey considering I was only there two hours but that was my own bad for not paying closer attention. The app gives you notifications and reminders as well as your time inches closer to being completed. There was no safety concerns and I returned to my intact vehicle. No sketchy people in surrounding are at this time. Can park oversized vehicles here as I did the mine. There’s nice pathways to the different

As of 6/29/21, everything here is considered premium parking. This is new to me. Keep reading for where the remaining free parking is! Everything under the 281 bridge is pay to park. It's free for the first 30 minutes and then costs a fee after that varying by day of the week. This is also the case with parking near La Gloria - now pay to park. Free parking is located on Pearl Pkwy as you enter the Pearl, along Avenue B, around Sam's burger joint, and inside the pearl around the "Full Goods" building. This was such fantastic convenient parking that is now another a fee.

Worse than several free lots. Don’t bother, the website is broken and won’t let you pay but don’t worry they’ll take a picture of your plate and charge you 60$

Parking lot is nice. Clean. Large stalls. Yes you gotta pay but you literally walk right into the Pearl from here. If you ask me, that's considered a premium perk. Now if I paid to park 3 blocks away then I'd be upset like the rest of the peeps leaving 1 star reviews because they don't want to pay $8. Anyway, back to reviewing the parking lot... the Wayfinder markings are great, large and clear. Payment is made easy with QR code signs just about everywhere.
