Our experience with Pearl Pools resurfacing our pool with a quartzite finish was very positive. We had a few other estimates, but ultimately, our decision to contract with Pearl was solidified by their team member, Chris Brosnan. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had and very quick with returning phone calls. His overall customer service was excellent. The pool was done when they said it would be done, and it came out beautifully.

We had both the tile and plaster replaced on our 17 year old pool and while the price quoted was rather high, it was definitely worth it for the quality of the materials and workmanship. Chris, our project manager, was very good at describing the process of our renovation as well as helping us decide between all the different types of tile and plaster available to us. While the estimated length of the renovation process was estimated to be 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish, ours took only 12 days from the first day of demolition until the renovation was complete and the pool was filled. Drew was very responsive to my communications and kept me updated as the restoration progressed.
