I still have to pay $9 even after my ticket was validated. The garage is clean. So the validation is to prove you are a dental school patient .

D. Carter refused to make change from a $20. For a $9. Parking fee. She was extremely RUDE when I pulled up to pay, shot the nastiest look, like I was bothering her? Then in a mean voice says “It’s $9.”! I said, I know, and gave you a $20.”? She asked if W had anything smaller, I said no, why? Are you out of change? She just wanted to argue with someone I guess? I have stage 3 breast cancer, and was Not letting her get away with being mean… I asked her if she had a problem?!!! Then she handed my$20. Back and ignored that I was imprisoned in my car, Unable to leave the garage! I had to call 911 to get the Police to have her check me out! It all felt racially motivated!
