Pearl St. Parking Garage

Inconvenient as hell for the justice department. The kiosk is very dark and hard to read. I left the summons for jury duty on my dash as instructed. Still got a 25 dollar ticket and never saw a human who could exist. Good times.....not.

Decent parking rate, particularly for residential parkers or those doing jury duty (there is a subscription option of $150 for 3 months through the Fall River town hall). Always plenty of spots available and I have not had any issues with this garage. Relatively weather resistant and in a seemingly safe walking area close to downtown

Dirty, weeds everywhere and looks abandoned. Stupid expensive at 12 bucks a day to pay for serving jury duty. Have to get ticket a kiosk and hike back to car and leave on dash. They WILL ticket 25 bucks in a hot minute.

It was very cheap to park $6.25 for 4 hours but make sure you keep your ticket so you don’t have to walk to your spot and then down to the machines to pay. Very easy to get to but it wasn’t easy getting out. Stay in inner lanes to exit don’t go around and around like we did!

Better than having to fill the meters every 2 hours when your in court all day. At least you can pay for more than 2 hours at a time. Need more kiosks though.
