PEARLS VANITY

Traveled from Dallas to Houston for my vanity 3 years ago. It’s beautiful but with time I started to notice quality issues like wood cracking, drawers not opening as they should, paint being splotchy, the silver “furniture connectors” (used to secure the mirror and vanity together) falling out of the wood and even a piece of glass/mirror flying off when I was in bed across the room. For the money I paid ($1800) I have to say I expected higher quality. I still love my vanity but wish the quality matched the price. Most of these issues happened less than 6 months in. (I thought about reaching out when the issues first occurred, but at the time of the purchase they made it clear to me that anything that happened after we transported it would not be covered by any warranty). LOVE IT, it’s been almost three weeks and I love it. Everyone who’s seen it loves it too. 1 thing I didn’t like is that instructions for set up… luckily the video sent helps. BUT the video wasn’t specifically for my particular vanity so it was a lot of guessing at the end. Shipping was quick. Thanks from VA.

If you’re thinking on getting it , get it!!!! Its absolutely pretty! Great quality did not disappoint! i got it in less than a week, the two guys that came to install it did a perfect job!I would definitely recommend you purchasing your vanity from here!

I had a great experience from start to finish! The customer service was excellent. Everyone was responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. They kept me updated about my delivery the entire time. I’m so happy I was able to get local delivery that included assembly and trash removal. It made it easier on my end. Jose did an amazing job assembling my vanity quickly and efficiently. It only took him a little over a hour from start to finish. The vanity is so beautiful and high quality! I’m absolutely in love with how it turned out. Highly recommend!
