Pearson air is contracted to service our apartment building. Our AC unit was broken the day we moved in and has broken 3 times now. The last time it broke Pearson did not diagnose the problem correctly leading to a lengthy down time of 2 weeks until they figured it out. Currently our AC has been broken for the past 2 weeks and our apartment building has struggled to get them out. They have no showed appointments and then turn around and say they can send anyone out for another week. Very unprofessional.

We have worked with Pearson Air for over 6 years now. Stacey and his team are honest, prompt and very good at that they do, which starts at the top and permeates throughout the business! Great people = a great company!
