Had a garage door cable snap and coil break yesterday. (Sunday) Called first thing this morning. Guys were here in an hour and repaired in 30 minutes. Always quality and reliable.!!!!!

One of our garage door was not staying closed. It kept opening after it hit the ground. After further looking at it, I noticed screws that were loose in the arm that raises the garage door as well as another garage door screw was missing or falling out. I called Pearson and mentioned to them what was happening. They being very professional , we tried to work out a time for them to stop by. They actually came out within a day and fixed each of the doors as well as greased the doors that were making noise. I appreciate the service and the focus they gave us on fixing our Garage Doors. My garage door was only opening half way then stopping so I called Pearson's after seeing many positive recommendations for them on my town's FB page. It turned out to be a wise choice because I called @8 am on Monday and they were able to come out that same morning around 10. They fixed the problem, and soon I had a door that opened fully and perfectly. They were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and even helped me with another issue I had not related to the garage door. Thank you so much Shawn and Kyle! Pearson installed our original garage door when we built our house in 1993. When it was time to be replaced, we didn't shop around. The crew arrived when they said they would and had a couple of restrictions to work around that we communicated in advance. The guys were incredibly friendly, had no problem with the requests and left our driveway and garage free of any debris. This company clearly takes pride in their work and we can't recommend them highly enough. Oh, and we LOVE our new door! Thank you Pearson!

I needed work on all 3 overhead doors at my house. I reached out to Justin on a Thursday morning, Shawn and Kyle were at my house within 2 business days (Monday morning) completing the work! Two motors and new springs and a few other maintenance items. They did a wonderful job and I love my new, QUIET, overhead door openers!!
