We were referred to Charles by a friend in Pearland and decided to try him out after seeing positive reviews. Although he was initially reluctant to come to Katy, he agreed after I offered the $50 travel fee he requested. Charles is hardworking, but unfortunately, the service didn’t meet our expectations. None of the carpet stains were removed, and the cleaning felt rushed. It seemed like basic vacuuming with water—something we could have done ourselves. He didn’t use any specialized chemicals or techniques to treat the stains and only applied a liquid for a few minutes, which had no effect and lacked attention to problem areas. Additionally, he didn’t do a proper job on the stairs and missed cleaning the stair faces, which was disappointing. If you're just looking for a basic carpet wash

I'd highly recommend using Pearwood Carpet. They were very professional, did a great job of pre spotting the whole carpet and carpets are amazingly clean. Pricing was about 40% of national brands. Plan to use them to clean our tile grout at a later date.
