do not recommend. In 2021 they lost half of the stuff in our storage unit and they also broke our wood dining room table by putting heaving stuff on it! we decided not to sue, and they said that the next move is on us, but ha, as if we would trust them again with our things

This was the 3rd time I used Pedro's. It was also the biggest move I've done with them. Our family of 3 moved to a new apartment. Jose, Enrique, and Wilson were amazing and efficient. We packed up as many boxes as we could but I was stumped by how to pack my plants and paintings. Not to worry, they had it covered. My plants arrived in beautiful condition and our sentimental art was moved expertly. They even disassembled and re-assembled our kitchen table to get it through the door. If you've never used a moving service before, I highly recommend Pedro's!

We used Pedro's Moving twice this past year -- first to move into a new apartment within San Francisco (including sending a bunch of stuff to a storage unit), and the second time for a cross-country move from San Francisco to Denver. We could not have asked for better service each time. Both times, the crews were friendly, professional, and attentive. They especially did a fantastic job wrapping up our fragile pieces of furniture. For the cross-country move, we were especially appreciative that the crew was in touch with us along the route, so we could coordinate timing of delivery on the other end. It was also lovely working with the office folks to arrange the moves -- usually with Pedro directly. Overall we were very happy with our service.

Grateful isn’t a strong enough word for how I feel about Pedro’s Moving Company. Less than a week ago I wasn’t sure how I was going to move my family, which includes plenty of furniture and lots of stuff, across the bay. I called on Tuesday and spoke with Pedro. He said they were available to move us just a few days later on Friday, explained how it all worked and reassured me everything would be handled in the most professional way. I went to their website and easily filled out the information they needed and he sent exactly what I needed! Four amazing guys ready to work with great attitudes and all the supplies one could ask for. I have moved so many times in my life and I never felt more at ease than when I worked with these guys. I moved in October and had a great experience with Pedro's. The first is that the building I moved into requires a fair amount of liability insurance from the moving company. I called many movers that did not have the level of liability required. Pedro's does, thankfully. I spoke with Maria on the phone, who was very helpful. I called 4 days before my move date and they were able to fit me in. I even called back to push back the move by one hour and they were able to make that change with no problem. The real stars, however, are the movers. Rene and Hector were my movers. They had to navigate parking in SF, which they managed to do without getting a ticket . I had several fragile boxes that made it safely. I had one large box that I didn't want anything on top of and they did that. All
