Peerless Building Maintenance

I'm a manager for a subcontracted delivery carrier through FedEx. I recently had a delivery to this business and had a terrible experience when delivering there. Its the holidays and we are already stressed and trying to move as quickly as we can to make it through our day. I was training one of my new hires and this was our 3rd delivery to start the day. Anytime we deliver to a business we are required to obtain a first initial and full last name of whoever is signing for the package. When I asked their receptionist for her last name, she responded that she doesn't "give out" her last name. So I told her I have to get a valid last name for the delivery after she rudely questioned why we were asking for it. They have been doing the floors at our office for years now. We only use them to strip our tile floors and wax them but the floors always look brand new after they do their work. We have an office with mechanics and truck drivers in and out all day so our floors get covered in grease, dirt and grime. These guys always get the tiles looking clean before putting down a fresh coat of wax. I would highly recommend them.
