We recently had a two car garage extension placed on our home. Seth and his team were fantastic - updates almost daily. From design through project completion they were on top of all aspects. We are extremely happy with their work and the final project - no surprises. Currently they are working on a family members kitchen renovation. We highly recommend them and will use them again soon!

Pegram did a major porch/deck project for us. This involved removing our old covered porch and building a new, larger screened in covered porch as well as building a new lower deck & stairs. From design through completion, there were no surprises. Our project manager, Seth Brock, kept us informed and kept the project on track. His entire crew were great. We had a few minor changes in scope & design, these were handled easily. We are are very happy with the end result. The quality of our porch & deck exceeded our expectations. Pegram really helped us achieve our vision. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Pegram Builders was great to work with. From my first introduction to Jason to my last, the company was easy to reach, and I always had access to somebody to discuss my project. My patio was a mess. The patio was rebuilt four years ago with wood, it was warped, the nails were coming up and the paint was all chipped. I made the decision. I just didn’t want to keep doing this every four years so I was going to go with Fiberon as the product for my deck. Since I live in a condo association, we have rules about color and design. The men who actually built the patio, Antonio and Oscar were here every morning by 7:45 or 8 AM and worked nonstop all day. When the project concluded, they made sure everything was cleaned up. I am so pleased with my Patio and my neighbors have come over to see
