We had a really good experience with Pelican Pest control. Thomas was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the treatment process in a way that was easy to understand. He took his time answering all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We really appreciated his professionalism and have already recommend Pelican Pest to others.

I initiated a contract for a business in 2021 and Courtney was assigned as our treatment professional. From day one it has been the easiest and best experience! So much so, that my husband and I initiated a contract for our own home and are lucky enough to have Courtney treat our house as well. I can’t say better things about Pelican Pest and the ease they offer for service set up, contracts, payment portal, scheduling, or really anything needed.

Courtney is always on time, and very thorough. She listens to our concerns and addresses them promptly. She is friendly to deal with and we have not had any pest problems since she has been treating our residential properties and business property.

We have used Pelican Pest Control for the past 5 1/2 years. Courtney is our technician and she is great. She is courteous, professional, ask if we have any concerns, always lets us now when she will be here, etc. The customer service is also great! Highly recommend this local company!
