I wanted to give a great review based on the support we received during the time our heating and cooling system needed to be replaced this year. Stan specifically made us feel like we were valued customers and that he was there to help whenever we needed it.

This company is very rude when dealing with billing questions. If they were not a monopoly which is illegal and there was another place to buy electricity they would be bankrupt and gone. I am sorry for everybody that has no choice but to use them. The community of Pella is built around religious values which some workers here are the exact opposite of. They need to take a long look in the mirror here and be honest with themselves.

During a recent repair of our home water heater, we needed the assistance of Pella Electric Coop to look up our warranty information and help us get the broken water heater replaced. PEC acted very quickly and were extremely kind & professional. Thank you PEC!

15 days of non-payment and your power will be shut off. Absolutely terrible company. Terrible customer service set in the Stone Age. Terrible communication. Prefers snail mail and checks. People are forced to use them so the company has no incentive to be a decent company. Outrageously expensive.
