Called to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment came and I was forgotten. I called the next day and they said I would be last on the list for that day. I get a call when they are supposed to be here and they can't pump my tank because their truck broke ( stuff happens I get it no big deal) was told I would be called as soon as the truck was up and running again. I waited 2 weeks and called back asking if their truck was running. I was told yes it has been up and going for a while. I questioned why I hadn't been called to get service and made a comment that their communication was very poor at which point I was told to find someone else to pump my tank. Ended up going with Gilbert septic service out of Belle Plain. Gilbert was $225 cheaper and showed up the next day. If you are
