They dropped a tree on our fire pit. I understand that they can't control where the tree lands but they wouldn't admit to it. After fighting over it, cause they felt the cost of replacing it was so low it shouldn't be a problem for me to replace it myself, they replaced the broken bricks. But I found they didn't replace all of them. I was so tired of dealing with them that I didn't bother calling back again.
Great company, Brent responded quickly and had our split tree problem removed and cleaned up within 24hrs very fast, high quality work and a good value.
Great people. Really listen to what you want. Care about your property and clean up the area after EACH TREE IS REMOVED
