We needed to replace very old leaky windows. Pella came highly recommended and our rep Joe Franco was easy to work with. They were very responsive and the installation team did an excellent job. Prompt, professional and very thorough. Our house is now sealed up thighs, what a difference! We will be calling Pella for our next project.

When I found myself looking to replace all of the old windows in my new home, Tim Murray from Pella came to the rescue. From consult to install, the process was efficient and very nearly painless (hey, it's not free and that's painful 😆). The installation team was well organized, courteous, and they made quick work of what felt like a very large project. In total, they replaced 13 windows (including a massive 5'x12' beauty and a slider swap for French doors) in just 3 days. The windows look great and I'm very happy with the results. We have worked with Joe on several projects including windows, patio doors and entry door. He is great at making suggestions and listening to his customers regarding price points and making final selections. We couldn't agree on the style of the entry door and Joe was able to listen to both us and came up with a design that was a win/win for both of us. Highly recommended Joe and Pella products!

I would like to to recommed Brenna as a contact . I went with Pella because they provided a good presentation and financial options. What I did not anticipate was the exceptional follow up provided by their reprensatatvive Brenna. I had reservations about the installation and she provided the necessary follow up for me to feel comfortable paying what I paid for my patio door. We had a new sliding patio door installed at the end of the year and couldn't be happier with the result. Not only did they provide every feature exactly as promised, but the installation was professional and efficient with the work finished in just an hour and a half, including replacement siding for the interior. Afterward, two separate company representatives came by to check that the work met our satisfaction. I
