9/30/25 Today I had a piece of glass replaced on my patio door Pella covered this under warranty. Cindy Kilmer-Service Advisor handled the whole process, was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Just picked up my windows from Pella Northland. Kyle Espelien helped me load up the truck and made sure all items were secure. He was easy to talk with and treated me like a friend. Gotta love those people at Pella. They are the best! My contractor specified which Pella products to order. He is a huge fan of Pella windows and doors!
Pella Windows and Doors has an exceptional product and a Wonderful Warranty. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous.
