We love our new Pella windows and slider. After nineteen years of putting up with drafty and difficult windows it was definitely time for us to replace many of our home’s 39 windows. We did our research, visited showrooms and scheduled in-home presentations. Ben from Pella was very easygoing and explained their different offerings clearly. Others used extremely high-pressured tactics, and all turned us off in less than an hour. Ben crafted a proposal that fit our needs, improved the curb appeal and comfortably fit our budget. Installation was a breeze! The team of Bill and Jason were very respectful of our home and property. They worked cleanly and efficiently, keeping us informed of what they which location they would be working in next. Their finish work with the trim is exquisite. Eve

We recently had 14 wood casement windows (original and many with broken seals) replaced with black fiber glass double hung windows. Customer service and design with Joe was top notch amazing. He answered all of my questions with patience and detail. The timing for arrival was to the day. The install team Bill and Jason was the cleanest and quietest I have ever experienced. The interior trim is our favorite part of the whole project! They created a windowsill like structure which is a great touch. My only concern is that when my siding contractor came to review the final plan for the siding he was concerned that the window trim was contoured for the existing wood siding (and also recessed) which left several pieces of trim either with uneven cuts or thinner trim in general. Update: I t is now 3 months with new Pella sliders that leak and screens that don’t fit! Still waiting for Pella to come and fix. Just AWFUL!!! By the way Pella, we have reached out to you repeatedly!!! You have our information and our money but we don’t have any repairs or customer service from you. Really, it is spring and we have had 3 months that we can’t open our sliders to get fresh air and all the rain we keep getting coming in damaging our new floors!! If this was your house it would be unacceptable! If we had not paid you I am sure you would have known how to reach us, but because you failed us your paying customer you have no problem disregarding us and doing your duty to repair these issues, especially in a timely manner! 3 months now and where are you because we are still wait

We absolutely loved working with the folks at Pella — their team did such an incredible job installing the door and it’s absolutely beautiful!! I know our new sliding door is going to last another 30+ years. Such a wonderful team of people from our first contact with Joe at Pella, trying out the options in the showroom, to the hilarious schedulers and the fantastic installation team. We purchased a fiberglass double door. It was recently installed. What can we say, but that we love it. The process was for the most part was great. There were several cancelations for install, but a crew was brought from Springfield and they were exceptional. If you are looking for a beautiful door and want it done right talk to Pella.
