Chris Harris did an exceptional job working with us on our front door home improvement. He was extremely responsive and answered all of our many questions during every step of the process! The installation team did an awesome job as well. They were quick and efficient and most importantly cleaned up once everything was completed. 5 stars all around!!!

Had a large window installed on the 3rd story of my home (64x32). It began leaking over 6 months ago causing damage to both the 3rd and second floor. Pella has sent 4 people out to look at the damage and take pictures promising to repair the damage. They have not, they have no intention of fixing this bad installation. Exterior of window is covered in caulk so you can't see clearly out of it. Paint was never finished and there are several areas of damage on the frame.

We had a great experience with Pella of Johns Island, all due to the hard work and expertise of Chris Harris. He was great to work with in helping us select the best replacement windows for our house from beginning to end. The installer, Raphael and his team were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job in installing our 23 windows. They greatly appreciated the fact that we did all of the interior prep work to make cleanup a breeze. We considered no less than 5 alternative companies, and highly recommend Pella windows.

My recent Pella window replacement experience went without a hitch. I was expecting some challenges since the house was built in the 50's and each window had some type of issue. Chris was able to answer my questions and provide solutions. The measurements were exact. The windows fit perfectly, operate smoothly and look wonderful! Rafael and his installation crew were efficient and professional. Their teamwork was impressive and they left my house spotless! Thank you Chris and Rafael!
