Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Chattanooga, TN

This review is for Colin Gurley with Chattanooga Pella. He came to our home for an inspection of a window project we had ongoing. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He drove 90 minutes to come to our home. As it turned out he was not able to fix the problem we have because we made the mistake of going to Lowe's for a window purchase rather than using Pella directly. We should have bypassed the big box store for our window/door needs. We put our trust in the wrong company, we should have called Colin Gurley first. He apologized for not being able to help because he represents Pella and wanted to make it right because Lowe's also had used a Pella product. Thank you Colin, you were very professional.

I am not a negative review guy but this was so bad. I’ve had Pella windows and doors in my past house for years and product is great but service is a zero. I had a bad sash that needed repair and was under warranty. 50+ phone calls , countless emails , terrible phone system, 3rd party vendors for instillation that just don’t care. These guys just don’t care at all once installed

We had the please of working with Mitchell B on our new construction project in Cleveland, TN. Even though his office was in Chattanooga, he made himself available and was willing to check on us at our job site when we had questions. He even helped our framers install the first couple windows to make sure they were being installed up to his and Pella’s standards. The product turned out to be beautiful and we wouldn’t recommend working with anyone but Pella if they’re needing windows for their project. 6 out of 5 stars on this if it was possible!

I've been working with Pella for windows and sliding doors on all my projects exclusively for the past two years. I'm extremely happy with their products, their prices, but especially with how well their team takes care of me. Mitchell, specifically, is amazing at his job and a delight to work with. I highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the entire purchasing process with Pella Windows and Doors of Chattanooga. Mitchell is an excellent sales person.....very knowledgeable, detailed, and prompt with follow-up answers to any questions. Copperhill, TN is over an hour away from Chattanooga, yet Mitchell visited the build site at least five times and most of those visits were after the sale was complete simply to ensure proper installation and complete customer satisfaction. Well, it worked. We could not be happier with our windows and doors. Excellent quality.
