We worked with Holly Cornelius, Jacksonville, FL showroom, to replace our 30 year old windows. Holly was excellent! She spent a lot of time with us explaining all of our window options, their design and features and their company's warranties. Holly even provided us with a rendering of our home with the new windows. The lead time from ordering to installation was exactly what Holly told us. On the day the windows were to be installed, Holly arrived at our house to check on the crew and make sure everything was going smoothly. The installers were organized, professional, and made sure each day the entire area (inside and outside) was clean. I had the “Dynamic Trio,” Jaron, Weberson & Francislei who did a phenomenal job on removing & replacing my old windows with Pella windows & double patio doors. They worked as a team with precision & a sense of pride as they did their work which is evident in the pictures provided. Their respect for my things & home was more than appreciated by me. It was the best home improvement that I have ever been apart of…highly recommend their services!

Just finished our install of replacing all 30+ windows on our house and couldn't be happier with the results. The photos are from the WIP installation (the gaps around the windows were early on in the process) and we're in the stage between the install complete & before stucco repair+inspection+final fit & finish-post inspection. We can already notice a difference in the quality of the windows from the overnight low-30's temps! Fernando Sousa and his team of installers did a fantastic job! They were friendly, efficient, clean, and communicative of the process... and knocked the job out in two days! Zero constructive feedback for them and highly recommended! 👍👍

Replacing existing windows and installing new windows for our townhouse has been a long, frustrating process spanning several months from the initial sale through the final installation. Most recently, some of the previously installed windows were removed and replaced with check-rail windows that were not originally installed. My comments here are for this portion of the job. We started our saga over a year and a half ago with Jacksonville Doors and Windows, a Pella approved contractor. Our original sliders were only 7 years old, but were extremely poor quality and when the seal started to give, we could see all the drip marks between the panes that were assembled dirty. We made it clear to the salesman that we were only replacing the doors for cosmetic reasons, and he assured us that Pella had the best warranty in the business, and if there were any similar issues, they would be replaced without question.
