We buy almost all of our windows through Dave Augustine and and Julie DeRocco. I can't say enough good things about both of them. We often have complicated conditions and very specific requirements. They are knowledgable, accommodating, and always keep us under budget and on time.

Rob and his team have provided exceptional service and competitive pricing on two major projects at our home. We chose Pella because of the good reviews, and the salesperson was great. Everything seemed fine at first. But if you’re replacing a lot of windows like we did (over $70K), think twice. No one came to check the work after it was done. Some of the new windows are hard to open and close. One, nearly $2,000, doesn’t close properly unless I push it down hard — and it’s not easy to lock. When I mentioned it, the rep asked, “Is it an installation or product issue?” Like she was just looking for something to blame. This company only cares about the sale. Beware.
