Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Lenexa, KS

My experience with Pella Windows and Doors in Lenexa, KS has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been trying to get a replacement window sash ordered since October 14, 2025. I was initially told the quote would take 2–3 weeks, which I understood. However, after four weeks with no communication, I had to call for an update. I spoke with Bryan at the Lenexa location, who told me they were short-staffed and that no one had even picked up the work order yet. He said he would personally take care of ordering the window. On November 12, I finally received a purchase agreement, which I signed and returned immediately. From that point forward, everything fell apart. I was given five different ship dates, with the date being pushed back every time I called. No one

The lower sash was a perfect fit, easy to install, and the pickup process at the Lenexa location was simple and smooth. Coincidentally, after my first review, communication drastically improved. If the communication had been this consistent from the start, this easily could have been a 5-star review. While I’m still frustrated that it took months to receive my window, I understand that delays can happen. What’s most important is clearly communicating those delays upfront and throughout the process. Terrific staff from the initial order with Pella (Scott) to the installers (Terran, Jim and Jason). Their quality of work and attention to detail was only matched by their kind, courteous behavior. We couldn’t be more pleased!!

We’ve done a few home projects over the years, and working with Carter at Pella was one of the smoother experiences we’ve had. He knows his product, communicates well, and actually follows through on what he says. The process was straightforward, and the new windows turned out great. We’d definitely work with him again.

I called into the showroom because I need some minor service on my window. I spoke with Amanda J and after going through some questions- we discovered my windows aren’t actually Pella. She was able to get me the customer service information for the company I needed to contact. She also took them time and explained what I needed to explain to them.
