Justin Degara! Justin Degara was my representative, and he was excellent. He was on time, professional, and very personable. Justin truly listened to our needs and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He clearly has a lot of pride in what he sells and goes above and beyond to communicate this. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy—he genuinely wants to help and portrays that in a professional manner, without any pressure for the customer to buy.

What a beautiful showroom! Alex was very helpful with setting up a window repair and provided us a bunch of information for purchasing new doors, great to have this office in the area! ------ Updated 9/23/2019 ------ I gotta tell you that purchasing two replacement sashes for a single window for over $500 (not delivered OR installed) and then the sashes NOT to come with window locks is insanity. For two window locks and a sash handle it will cost you another $100! If you HAVE Pella windows and doors (such as myself) you might be stuck, BUT if you are considering putting Pella windows and doors in your house you may want to consider other options. I reiterate that this is nice showroom and everyone I've worked with is very friendly but it's clear that their plan here is to cater to the mu

After 18 years my windows have stood up to the weather conditions in New England. Had one window that lost their seal. Called and put in a claim. After several phone calls and appointment was made. Had to wait due to the shortage of people in the area but when it was time for the repair, it was quick and easy. The Tech was a gentleman.
