Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of North Platte, NE

We purchased custom windows from the Pella store in North Platte. The windows were good quality. The service was lacking in every regard, from the moment we entered the showroom to the process of ordering and delivering the windows. Communication was non-existent unless we initiated it and the contractor they referred was awful. I realize that's not their fault but if I were them, I certainly wouldn't refer a company who does sub-par work. In the end, the contractor ruined two windows so we'll see how long it takes to get replacements from Pella.

I recently purchased new windows from Pella and they're amazing. The windows on the front of my house got blasted by hail. Holly made the billing process so quick and easy. She was incredibly friendly and professional. The custumer service I received was outstanding. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience, I LOVE my new Pella windows.
