I’ve never in my life seen this kind of quality work. These guys are flawless. I’ve been really disappointed lately trying to hire anyone to do anything. It seems like nobody wants to work and I’m not trying to be arrogant but I can do a better job than most people I hire so it’s frustrating. There’s no way in 50 lifetimes that I could match the workmanship of these guys. They have a customer for life!!

Joe and Joe. The installers didn’t complete the job and never came back after we paid them. The company never followed up after the install. The windows appear to be good quality but its more that I can say for the people that work for them. I will never use Pella again and I let everyone know that lives in Owensboro to be aware of the installers.

Allison at Owensboro Pella store was so helpful. She explained the different types of windows. We just ordered them today. As with many things we are buying lately it takes more time. We feel the great warranty of Pella and the excellent service provided by Allison is well worth waiting. Thank you for making window buying a stress free experience .

We couldn't be happier with our new Pella Windows. The noise reduction in the house has been amazing. The staff at the store and the installers were extremely helpful, professional and the clean up during the window installations was great. We look forward to having some other areas replaced soon. I have purchased windows from other local vendors and have not been satisfied with the quality of the products. Pella has the best product at the best price in town. I have worked with Allison on numerous projects over the past several years and her quality of service is priceless. It's nice to have sales associates that actually like their job, and are glad to see you come in or call. I won't do business anywhere else.
