Saul, our sales rep was very accommodating and helpful when we were looking to update some older windows around the house. We had to replace 2 stain glass windows and 2 basement windows, which were all custom sizes, and so glad we updated. He made it easy for us to make the purchase and also was mindful when we didn’t want to go crazy on budget. The team who worked on the windows were efficient and quick. They cleaned everything right up and was done in a couple of hours. Windows were an upgrade to insulate the house. I definitely feel the difference in winter. Very satisfied with Pella’s !
