I am extremely happy with the whole Pella experience! I had 22 windows replaced in 3 days. The windows that were replaced were original windows from my historic house that was originally built in 1885! Sergio Sanchez did an incredible job getting us set up for this installation with no problems at all. He was very attentive to the detail needed for our house and I couldn't be more happy with the results! Rodrigo Velez from Pella RV Home Improvements was there every step of the way to ensure the install went smooth and his workers Walter, Christian, Alex and others did a very professional job with great attention to detail. AMAZING SERVICE by ALEX. We had a 12’, four panel Pella slider installed by a contractor who was doing work at our house. That was a mistake as it was maybe not installed properly. Another contractor who came to fix it, wanted to take it out and completely redo the inside and outside for an exorbitant cost, more mess and misery of home improvement. I contacted Pella and was lucky enough to have Alex assigned to my case. He showed up when he said he would, assessed the situation and contacted customer service to order complimentary missing components. They arrived in a timely fashion as did Alex for another house call. Again, he was prompt, professional and polite. Upon Mr. Mike Inglese's arrival at our residence, his demeanor was remarkably positive. He promptly inquired about our specific interests regarding Pella products. He dedicated ample time to thoroughly understand our requirements. Subsequently, he provided a detailed explanation of the windows and precisely what would best suit our needs. Following this, he meticulously took measurements and then joined us. He presented demonstration windows, which immediately captivated us. He then patiently provided us with the pricing information.

Aidan (Sales), Michael (Sales) and Alex (Project Manager) were very good to work with. Aidan from Sales, in particular, worked very hard to make sure my wife and I were very happy with the new door and installation.
