The customer service for Pella was absolutely spectacular! Products recommended were perfect for my home, the installation could not have gone better, smoothly done and cleaned up perfectly! My sales rep Lexi was warm, personable and knowledgeable and gave personal attention from first visit to installation day to following up on a minor issue. We could not be happier with the results.

I started my window replacement journey last November, met with a few different providers and ultimately decided to go with my gut and choose Pella. Their sales rep, Rob G, worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for and had a zero pressure attitude that made the experience a breath of fresh air. A few months went by, while we figured out how we were going to pay for the windows - and when I let Rob know our budgetary restraints, he re-worked the proposal to get us the look we wanted with a less expensive product. The windows were installed in early May and there was an IMMEDIATE difference in the temperature of our home and reduction of street noise. Rob Gargiulo came to my house for a door estimate. He was very thorough and went thru every option I had for the double door I needed. I was impressed by the Pella service and equipment warranty. I didn't realize Pella is made in America. That was an added plus! I even ended up adding a Pella storm door for my basement entrancement to replace the lousy Anderson storm door I currently have. I'm looking forward to the install in January! I'd highly recommend their products and services.

Garbage windows just recently installed them in my new house. They are not good sealed properly and cold is coming through. They claim they have a warranty however its not covered because its never thier issue. Save your money and stay away!!
