Pella was very easy to set an appointment with with and the in house demonstration was exceptional especially when compared to their competition. Ian was the Rep who came and he was kind and open and overall did a great job of making a sales appointment not feel like he was trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He was able to answer all questions and his follow through was on point after our initial meeting. I highly recommend making Pella part of your window replacement process...it is worth your time (Shout out to Ian -- guy is a Rockstar of a sales rep and I highly recommend him for your in home visit!)

Fantastic experience with Pella Windows! We recently had Pella replaced two ornate custom windows on our home. The previous windows were completely rotted out and in total disrepair. The Pella team was able to match the exact style, original color and size. This helped keep the charm of our home, but with a much more energy efficient windows. It also helped us recieve a historic home tax credit! Kudos to our fantastic salesman, Jon Losecco. He provided white glove service, professionalism, and made sure that the job was done in an efficient manner. He even took the time to follow up with us after to make sure everything met our expectations. Absolute pleasure and A+ customer service. We recently purchased a Pella replacement Bay Window for our living room. From the initial sales consultation with Ian V., to the window installation itself, our expectations have been exceeded. We are very pleased with the Pella installer’s work. Shane P. was very personable and professional. He worked steadily to complete the installation within Pella’s allotted 2 day period. He was able to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. Based upon my previous experiences with Pella and this most recent experience, we’d highly recommend the use of their Windows and Doors. We’re firm believers that “You Get What You Pay For”.

We are so happy with our new windows! They look great, and are so weathertight. We already notice the difference in our heating bill. The salesman Ian worked with us to stay within our budget without any hard sell pressure, and explained all our options clearly. Shane who installed our windows was wonderful - careful and professional. The price was reasonable for the great quality.

Our experience with pella was nothing less than exceptional- we worked with Demian Piotti from Pella to build, price and order custom windows for our new construction home. Demian came to our home, set down and went through our plans with us. We discussed different styles of windows, options and finishes. The price of the high quality pella windows and doors came in LESS than competitors pricing on lower end windows and doors. We went with black on black fiberglass windows (Impervia series) They are the nicest windows we have ever owned, and will undoubtedly last a lifetime. We are extremely happy with our experience with Pella and Demian and cannot recommend them enough.
