This is the second time that we have dealt with Pella windows for our 1790's farmhouse. Our experience with our sales representative, Tom along with Mike who assisted with measurements was extremely positive. I was also impressed how quickly Andrea, the Project Coordinator reached out to us with date our windows will be delivered. Everyone that we dealt with throughout this window selection and measurements process has been very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this Pella team. I just finished my first in home consultation with Pella. I have two windows I need to replace badly as they are looking pretty rough from my dogs. Brandi Pineda did an outstanding job demonstrating how user friendly Pellas windows are. She also showed me how durable and easy they are to maintain. The way she was able to make me feel comfortable in my own home while taking the measurements she needed to provide me an estimate was true class. I will be using Pella in the future for sure.
