We hired Pellak Construction for a major renovation that included structural repairs, a full kitchen remodel, and multiple bathroom updates. From the beginning, Drew and Bryan stood out by offering both a clear plan and a realistic estimate — something we didn’t get from other companies we spoke with. The project itself was complex. I want to share the excellent experience I had working with Pellak Construction. First of all, I interviewed 7 builder- designers and Pellak was the first to draw out a detailed plan from the vision I had for my addition. They listened to everything I said and were able to design my dream. My plan was to add a small first floor addition that would allow me to live in my home for the rest of my life. I needed a first floor bedroom, full bath , along with a laundry area and a sunroom. I also was able to add a deck.
