We had flooring installed by Pelletier Rug Co. and were very happy with everything. Paul came to the house and discussed all that would be needed to do the installation. The scheduling and installation went smoothly. We are very happy with the final results. I would recommend this company to anyone, as a matter of fact we've already put their name out to two people. Very efficient and knowledgable people that work for Pelletier Rug 🙂

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Though I was more familiar with the name of another chain of rug stores, the online reviews steered me to Pelletier—and I’m so glad it did! I needed an immediate solution for our stairs, which our dog refused to use. I visited the Danvers store that day. Jerri helped me picked out a beautiful wool remnant to be used as a stair runner, and Randy scheduled installation by the end of the week. Great service, great quality, great value, and so easy! But that wasn’t all. At 10:30pm on a Saturday night before the Monday morning installation, I had a last-minute panic. I hadn’t realized that the stair treads were not the same width for the entire stairway, so I didn’t account for that in the measurements—totally my mistake since the house is new to us and I wasn

I love this place and drive from Boston to shop there. The prices are reasonable, the employees are incredibly helpful and the selection is great! We bought a carpet for our stairs there and installation was fast and efficient. We’ve purchased a few remnants and had them bound. Always highly satisfied with their high-quality products and reliable service! All the employees are great but we have only ever worked with Paul and he’s wonderful!

We are really happy with the results of our new carpet install. The whole process from the sales rep. to the install team was excellent. The install team was really great (Bruno and his partner), very professional and quick. And they were cheaper than the two national brands we had quote the project. We're really happy with how this came out.
