Pello Framing

We used Pello Framing to rebuild after the fire. The crew was amazing! They were clean and professional. They showed up on time and stayed late off needed. While building our home we lived in a 5th wheel on our lot, the owner Nick Pello noticed the steep grade of steps of our trailer and went to work without being asked to and within an hour we had a nice platform to walk out on with steps and a hand rail! Fast forward ... a few months after our house was finished a tree had fallen onto our roof causing significant damage. Pello Framing was 1st on scene and all was well in no time at all ! Pello Framing did excellent work on my mom's new house. They worked quick and efficiently. When we had special requests or needed to discuss an important matter, they were very responsive. Mom is in love with her new home.

Nick did the framing on my house in the winter of 2019-2020 here in Paradise. He did a great job working from one of the worse set of plans I’ve seen. I’m a retired building inspector so I’ve seen a lot of plans.
