Chip was professional and very knowledgeable! We had multiple plumbing needs in our home after we purchased it, including a clogged bathroom sink, leaking/dripping shower head, and we needed a new outdoor shower. He was prompt in responding to phone calls and text messages. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a quick service call or a fixture installation.

After 2-3 consultations, he just disappeared and wasted 3 weeks of my time. Never responded after he told me he had a quote ready. Unprofessional behavior and he was in over his head.
