I have a triple royal palm in front of my house that needs cleaning at least once, sometimes twice a year. I have used different companies in the past (I won't name names) and either they took forever to come out, didn't want to bother because one tree wasn't enough of a job for them, or they charged me a lot of $$ because the job requires a bucket truck. I called United at the suggestion of my lawn maintenance guy. The owner came out within 20 min., gave me a price and I was told they would be out the next day. Sure enough they were! The price was very reasonable, the job was done quickly and they even cleaned up and hauled away the very large and heavy palm fronds. I wasn't home when the job was done and even that was OK.
