We had a very good experience with Penco and our new whole house generator installation. Everyone involved communicated well and the install was completed without issue including permitting and village inspection. We would definitely recommend Penco for anyone considering a new generator.

I had never heard of your company in the past. However, all of the employees were courteous and completed my Generac standby generator in one day. During the installation, my hot water tank's pilot went out. The water stayed hot for one entire day. The second day we noticed that the water was warm not hot. I called the company and they came out on a Saturday evening to take care of the issue. I was impressed with their service all around.

Dave and his teammate were very friendly and informative about the service they would be performing. I was very pleased with their cleanup and the overall aesthetic of the repair. Actually, I am having them come out to fix another electrical issue as soon as the part becomes available. I will definitely keep PENCO on a very short of Electricians. They were truly worth the spend!

Vasili and his crew did an amazing job. Very clean work, extremely courteous, professional and took time with my wife and I to ensure we had full understanding and were comfortable with our generator. Once again, Penco service gets 5 stars from me. I had a small issue with my generator due to the extreme cold weather, and they were able to solve the problem right away. I'm so happy I choose these guys for my generator and service work.
