Excellent customer service and pool service. The young man comes weekly and takes really good care of my pool. It always looks clean and algae free. I have also used their repair service twice for a hose leak and a filter leak which they fixed at a very reasonable price, and did it right away. The girls in the office communicate very well with me and it's super easy to pay each month. Plus, I get a notification after my pool is serviced, which I love. We were sad to see Touch of Class close because we had been using them for over 20 years. But we were so lucky that Penguin Pools took over and is servicing our pool. They do a great job, are very professional and are very responsive to our calls. When Ive needed to cal their office, Laura is always so helpful.

We had used Penguin Pools since the 90s and never had any issues. Fast forward to 2024 or 2025 when the company changed hands, now we have problems. My pool is green due to insufficient chemicals. These people have turned my pool into a swamp. What used to be a reliable and good company has become a money grab. 2 price increases with lesser service. The pool guys do what they can with the limited resources available to them. How does a pool company run out of chlorine? How does a pool turn green if they are servicing the pool weekly? I've had to call another service to fix their mess. Stay away from this sham of a company.

Penguin Pools are friendly and reliable. Additionally, they send me pictures of the pool before and after they clean and they send pictures of the pressure gauge, all in an email letting me know what they did for the service.
