We moved to the area last month and took the chance to hire professionals to clean our sofa and big area rug after 2 years without. We chose Peninsula Chem-dry because of the high reviews. Upon calling, the owner answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable quotes, much more affordable than the other services we called. On the appointment day, Jessie and Angel came to my house to clean the sofa and area rug. They were friendly and professional. Angel didn’t talk much, so Jessie was our main communicator. They checked the materials first to make sure everything was okay and then proceeded with the procedure. They did a wonderful job. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to take some time to recommend this company. We have a white couch that we bought pre-baby/toddler and after 5 years it needed some deep cleaning. Jessie and Angel were able to quickly clean out some old deep stains (prune puree! and other baby/kid related stains). I really thought we'd need to throw out the couch/ottoman, but after these guys came through, both pieces are good as new! Booking was easy. Company called the day before to ensure the time slot still worked. Jessie and Angel called when they were on their way to give me a better ETA the day of. They were quick to set up. Peninsula Chem-Dry made our carpets go from yucky dirty to amazing clean, like new! Mike was great at communicating to set up the appointment, and our awesome cleaning crew of Jessie and Angel did fantastic work, explained everything well, and were super nice and professional. I’m so glad I found them, I have used them two years in a row and will not trust our carpets to anyone else.

I scheduled a move-out carpet cleaning with Peninsula Chem-Dry. Mike worked with me to figure out a date that worked for my timing. Jessie and Angel arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet and even spent more time working on some of the stains. They didn't just clean the carpet but also the baseboards and gave me clear instructions of how long to let the carpet dry. Will definitely work with them again in the future.
