Penn happily accepted payment, then literally never did the work. But this isn't even the most upsetting part! Here I am - I'm buried in, and can't leave home because Penn never did their jobs. When I ask when it will be done I'm told "Sir, it WAS done. What you're seeing now is that the snow magically moved back and that's not our problem." Why can't I give zero stars?

Where do I start? Let's see, incompetent, inconsistent and need to learn English. And the ones that know it sometimes pretend they don't. The grass cutting is horrendous and inconsistent. One area it's way too long the other area is too short. They have no clue how to adjust their blades so they are synchronized with each other. I've had to tell him this numerous times. When they blow the grass or leaves off the sidewalk they need to start inside the Cove where the units are and blow it outwards towards the sidewalk and the grass. A lot of times they do it the opposite and there's leaves and grass all over my Matt. In the winter time they're too lazy and they just throw the calcium chloride and it lands right in front of my door on my mat. Now the latest. The application of those pestic

Our Association uses Penn Outdoors for our landscaping at Regents Park off Germantown pike in Norristown. This is the 2nd year they have damage. My property when mowing and did nothing about it. We call them they take our name and number but never receive a return call. The best part about it Is when they damage our clean out for our septic systems using the large mowers (which is stupid we have a small patch of grass) they knock the top off our clean outs or they bend the pvc pipes the association fines us to repair them.

This company has become unprofessional and horrible with communication! Problems that were promised by upper management to never happen again, continue to get worseS We use them at our property and they have skipped us countless times and only let us know the morning of it not at all. They do a sub par job and their workers don’t care. This group took on too many customers without enough workers on their crews. Our account manager continues his miscommunication and tells us whatever he can to get us off the phone and he has no clue what he is doing. Looks like room for some training. Our property looks embarrassing because of The lack of service. No thank you and we have already found new landscaper for next year. Sounds like Penn could use a renewed company policy and training on customer

The lack of responsiveness has been incredibly frustrating. High 6 figure project with a contract for plant replacements as needed for 18 months after. We have been trying to get replacements for 6 months now. It has been excuse after excuse. We specified grass seed variety and they seeded the wrong type on 3 acres!! They did nothing to rectify the issue. They are over booking and don't expect to have any oversite. As for cultural practices, don't expect them to cut cages, removed burlap, rough up tight root balls, or add amended soils.
