This was our first time using Penn Plumbing. We used them to install our water line to our refrigerator and our gas stove. They were very professional. Called the company twice, first encounter was with a gentleman that talked to me like I was crazy about what needed fixing in my home. He basically told me I didn’t have a problem but told me someone would call me back. My home warranty company told me otherwise. I never received a call. I was trying to give this company a chance since they came highly reviewed by the website and a friend. So, I called back a few days later and was told you will get a call by a technician today. Still haven’t received a call a week later. I just don’t know.
