This is a great place to park for Orioles games. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes walking from the stadium and the price is among the best in the area. There are typically lots of spots available even within 30 minutes from the start of the game. It feels safe to walk back after the game because there are typically many other O’s fans along the same path so you’re never particularly isolated. From I95, you can easily get here while avoiding traffic around the stadium and it’s very easy to get back on the highway after the game.

Very similar experience after an orioles game. We used to pay when entering with no problem. Last night we waited forever for reasons I’m not sure. What I did gather from the fighting between the attendant and an exhausted patron was that management needed to come to override something. Being stuck with nowhere to go was an unsettling feeling. The rude nature of that attendant and watching her fight with a patron was alarming. So thankful another employee came around to try and work with us to understand and to get out of the garage. Close to midnight before any resolution enough for us to never use this garage again, I like a good deal but I’ll pay extra to be assured I can leave the city when I am ready.

Opened Monday through Friday from 5am to 12am and closed every Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) unless preselling for home (late) Orioles games and Ravens games. Presell price is $15 Credit or Debit ONLY! Some are speaking on having to wait to retreive their car after the garage is closed but they were too dense to read the hours of operations sign on the front of the garage and think they can just go hang out after weekend games are over and come get their car whenever they want. If the sign says Monday - Friday (and no weekend hours of operation), that means GO GET YOUR VEHICLE AFTER THE GAME IS OVER. Or they are complaining about having to wait long in the garage when the garage probably sold 300 or more parking tickets, but don't factor in the traffic outside from people exiting and

I use this garage to access a healthcare facility attached. My child that I bring to the appts is disabled and requires a wheelchair. I also have to get her in/out of the car and into the chair, she cannot do it alone. For a garage attached to a health center, there is remarkably few handicapped parking spots near the elevators, and ESPECIALLY with room around them to move a wheelchair, or even if you have a vehicle with a ramp. I had to park on the 8th level recently just to find a SINGLE HC SPOT much less one with any room to maneuver my child's wheelchair. It sucks and is DANGEROUS to have to place the wheelchair behind my vehicle while I get her in and out. I hope that UMMS sees this and considers re-lining some spots on each level to add more HC parking and space around cars for care
