5 stars. I was recently without heat and diagnosed it down to a faulty ignition. And of course this happened on a holiday. Found out about this place and discovered that they are open on Saturdays! Brought the part number and picture on my phone and was in and out in 5 min. Highly recommend!

The people who work here are amazing. I'm a new home owner and very new to DIY home projects but they took 10 minutes to walk me through what I needed to do for an issue I was having. A part I bought didn't fit, they refunded and helped me find the right one. Just all around very helpful. Absolutely going to these guys next time I need help with a plumbing project.

Great customer service is rare these days, but this local business is exceptional!!!! Went in for a part to repair a leaky shower spout that I was quoted $600 to repair from the "technician" sent by my warranty company. The guys at the counter were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through the repair and saved me some money
