We had a great experience with Penney Brothers Construction. They did an amazing job from start to finish, and the quality of their work truly shows. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped. There was a small breakage on one of the cabinets during the process, but Steve addressed the problem promptly and professionally. He replaced it without hesitation, which gave us real peace of mind. That level of accountability and customer care really stands out. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. I called Penney Brothers for a price on replacing the decking on my deck. Kevin returned my call within 30 minutes....on a Sunday! We scheduled him to come take a look on the following day. He told what i already knew which was i needed a whole deck rebuild. It was original to the house (1991). His price was very reasonable and was able to get it competed quickly. Started work on Thursday and the work was completed on the following Tuesday. Mario and his crew worked diligently on it from morning to evening only stopping for a quick lunch and no more daylight. I originally tried to cut some corners and save a few dollars in a move I would come to regret. I should have reached out to the Penny Brothers first. They removed a set of stairs the initial contractor I hired built (they looked like a set of fun house stairs, a nightmare) and completely redid them for us and I couldn't be happier. The five or six employees I had interactions with were professional, fair, trustworthy, hard workers, and all around great people, always on point and willing to help in anyway possible. My 23 year old deck was in need of board replacments (not all) and a new coat of paint. I had a LOT of questions and ideas, and they gave me the time to think things over before the work was done. They were very flexible in working with my schedule. I am extremely pleased with the outcome - and ready for the new hot tub and events with family & friends!
