We couldn’t be happier with Pennings & Sons as our GO TO builders. We had a kitchen remodel in 2006, which we still get compliments on, and have turned to Pennings every time we need work done (we never even consider anyone else). Our most recent remodel turned into a major renovation (with us living offsite for 6 months) due to structural issues with our older house. While we were certain they could handle the basic task of making the house safe again (!), we had no idea it would turn out to be above and beyond what we had hoped for. We had Pennings & Sons do a partial house remodel and attached garage addition to our lake home on Indian Lake in Vicksburg. We could not be happier with the work! Kristina did a lovely job taking us through the process from inception to goodbye. She made sure we were totally informed along the way and answered any questions we had. The carpenters are very talented and were incredibly meticulous in everything they did from demo to clean-up. We lived at home through the process and all the guys on site were professional and super delightful. Pennings was also sure to hold their sub-contractors up to the same standards! We have other remodels planned throughout the house and Pennings & Sons will be the first contractors we call.

We had a master bedroom suite added to our house along with new windows, siding, roofing, and a few other outside modifications. The Pennings staff was very professional and easy to work with. We built our house in 1987 and it was time for some exterior renovation. The quality of work is exceptional and we are very happy with the results. Definitely would recommend them to others.

Pennington took over 2 weeks to roof my neighbor across the street. We all deal with home contractors and I'm not complaining they parked up my side yard for 2 weeks. I AM complaining that while they took PAINSTAKING care to keep the neighbors yard pristine, they used MY yard to load and upload equipment and men. The cream of the crop was after they finally finished instead of parking IN THE CLIENT YARD OR DRIVEWAY they stayed in front of MY yard loading equipment and used my lawn to access their trucks and storage trailers. This meant going way out of their own way to carry everything across the street and around the side of the trailer through my yard. Final straw is they then DROVE EQUIPMENT through my actual yard!!! Not just the side yard. Freaking ridiculous.

Your driver pulled up behind us at a stoplight and the instant it turned green he honked at my husband. 🤷‍♀️ Why??? He hurried around us and got in front of us and I think got to the next stoplight a half a second sooner. Doesn’t leave a good impression. Maybe he was stressed 🤷‍♀️
