I had the chief water system put in a month ago . I’ve had clear water ever since . I’ve back washed once and couldn’t believe the nasty water that came out flushing the filter. I’m over 70 and I can mange this all by myself easily. Mr. Pennington is wonder no nonsense kinda guy ,hard to find these days . Very satisfied should have done this years ago . 😃

I have gotten them to do several projects for me and did not have any major complaints. Except for when they installed a garbage disposal at a rental and used duct tape to wrap around exposed electrical that was there.. Or the most recent job that I had asked them to do (install a small water heater that I bought with my own money)... they showed up and replaced the tank within 3 hours and invoiced me for $850.00. Apparently their Standard Price to install a water heater is $800 so just be aware of that BEFORE you have them do the install.

Went the extra mile! Did great plumbing, tried to save us money without compromising functionality, and then did little extras like stopping my hose nozzle from leaking and straightened up outside decorations that fell over. These little acts of kindness had nothing to do with plumbing but let you know they care and are genuinely there to help and not just get a buck.

I've used Pennington Plumbing for many years including a new house build and service on my mother's. They have always done great work and got me out of jams several times. Highly recommend.

I went for a part to repair leak on kitchen sink. They showed me I didn't need the part I thought, only a $5.00 washer. It saved me quite a bit of money.
